1.监督组织环境、健康和安全政策和程序的实施，为公司及员工提供一个安全、健康的工作环境，使各项公司行为及流程均符合相关法规和条例；

Supervises implementation of the company environment, health and safety policy and procedures so that all employees have a safe and healthy working environment and the company complies with all current and future regulations and laws.  

2.保证所有流程的执行、监督以及采取政策和计划来改进公司的环境和安全，参与制定和实施组织的政策、流程以及环境、健康和安全（EHS）活动，来保证遵守外部的EHS法规和标准，同时符合内部环境政策和管理层运作。

Ensure that all processes to implement, oversee, and adapt policies and programs to improve the company's environment and safety. Take part in establishing and implementing relative policies, procedures, and the EHS activities to ensure compliance with external EHS regulations and standards and internal environmental policies and management systems. 

3.作为EHS对应窗口合理得当地应对各政府机关及客户的各类稽查、审核；

As the company EHS contact window to handle relative government and customer audit.

4.开展安全审计和现场检查，识别工作场所的潜在危险和不安全设备、工作流程或工作条件，提出改善工作流程和工作条件的建议;
